A story about how Jillian and her Grandma Lena began their tea-drinking tradition, which created lasting, joyful memories.
This commissioned project is a 30-page children’s book illustration for which I created all illustrations, including the cover illustration. I designed page compositions by combining text and illustrations to create balanced visual layouts while developing consistent character illustrations and settings throughout the story.

Bookworm Bea and the Brail Machine

A story about Bookworm Bea and Grandpa Nathan, a blind attorney, who team up to make Braille books for blind people to be able to read, learning that everyone can give to others in their own ways.
This commissioned project is a 32-page children’s book illustration for which I created all illustrations, including the cover illustration. Throughout the project, I collaborated with the author through feedback and communication, sharing creative visions.
